Rates based on double occupancy, $8.00 per add’l person/day, children under 14 stay free with adult.  All Holiday and Special Events at Winter rates with 3 day minimum. Minimum one day deposit required, 3 days for two week stay, one week deposit for month long stay.  All rates subject to 12% sales tax. *Rates subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:  Cancellations received 31 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administration fee.  Cancellations 30 days or less forfeit full deposited amounts.  No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged full amount of stay unless room is rebooked for entire length of cancelled booking.  No refund for early departure.

ROOM GUARANTY POLICY:  We reserve the right to move guests to comparable accommodations if original room booked becomes unavailable. A full refund will be made available if comparable accommodations are considered inadequate and booking is cancelled.

HOUSEKEEPING:  We do not provide a daily cleaning service however Maid Service is available upon request at a rate of $12.00/hour.  Towels will be replaced every 2-3 days if placed on chair outside of room before 10:30am and bed linens will be replaced every 5-7 days.

Pet Policy:  NO PETS and no visitors with pets allowed; Check in 2:00pm and Check Out 11:00am.

SMOKING POLICY:  No smoking in rooms.

We now have wireless high speed internet access.
All units have cable TV & air-conditioning/heat.

B.B.Q. & Cabana, great for weddings, family reunions, etc.
Laundry facilities & 2 fishing docks & complimentary fishing rods.  We're close to shops & restaurants with Boca Ciega Bay as our backyard!  And just 2 Blocks from beautiful sunsets on Treasure Island beaches.  A "must-see" family vacation spot.  Great for a get-away weekend or a second honeymoon.
