All rates are subject to 12% tax and are based on double occupancy. Kids 13 years of age & younger stay free with an adult. Additional guests are charged $8 each.

Holidays and Special Events require a minimum 3 nights stay and are charged Winter Rates.

Deposits:

All stays require a deposit at time of reservation. One night stays are charged full amount at time of reservation, stays of two weeks require a 3 night deposit, stays of one month or longer require a deposit of one week.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations received 31 days prior to arrival date receive a full refund of deposit amount minus a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations received 30 days or less forfeit full deposited amounts.

No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full amount of stay unless room is rebooked for entire length of original reservation at time of cancellation.

No refund for early departures.

We reserve the right to move guests to comparable accommodations if original unit booked becomes unavailable. A full refund will be given if comparable accommodations are considered inadequate and reservation is canceled.

Housekeeping:

While we do not provide daily housekeeping, housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional charge of $12 per hour. Towels are replaced every other day and linens are replaced every 5-7 days.

NO PETS and no visitors with pets will be allowed on the property.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am. Late check outs are available but require advance notice and cannot be extended in every case. Guests wishing to stay later than the standard 11am check out will be charged $28 and will be able to extend their check out time to 4pm.

All units are NON-SMOKING, however, smoking is permitted on the property.
